HOOLI:
Open Source Development

As part of the course, Open Source Development at the University of Oslo me and three other developers created an application for viewing and interacting with available datasets in a region using the DHIS2 platform. This assignment involved making a Web App for searching, browsing, and proposing changes to organization units and related resources such as organization unit groups. DHIS2 is a platform that is used primarily for the collection of data from health facilities and making this data available for users at all level of the health systems.

My partake in this development was to design and implement the front-end of the website while also integrating it with the backend of the system. The learning outcome for me in this course was to ability to understand how to properly work with a team, time management, documenting each decision, and learning frontend technologies such as React and Redux.
